Listener Reviews
No Agenda for a Younger (-ish) Crowd
“I really enjoy this podcast In The Morning. I am a big fan of NA, but Adam and John just seem a little too old sometimes. John and Adam know a lot about current tech and world politics, but I find that the viewpoints on GNR are a little more modern and oriented towards a younger crowd. I can see how some people listening to GNR might not get it, but if you are both open mided and skeptical (not an oxymoron), and intelligent, I would expect you to find this show worthwhile.
“Do not download this podcast if you are stupid: you will not be able to follow.”

This one goes on the top of my podcast playlist
“With the multitude of podcasts I subscribe to I always keep this one at the top of my playlist (well, behind Richard Vobes at least) and look forward to their well reasoned, intelligent and “get to the point” discussions of current events that mostly gets glossed over or ignored by the mass media.
“It’s especially great as an antidote to the sometimes excessively conspiracy-obsessed No Agenda, where coincidentally I first heard of the podcastt [sic].
“At first I thought “Lose the Duck!”, but now I appreciate it for it’s ability to keep the conversation concise and non-rambling.
“The hosts are very congenial, seemingly well-read and express their points without subsiding into vitriolic rhetoric.
“Keep up the good work. I do appreciate it.”

Intelligent, Rational, and Unpretentious
“Through the escalating crises in the last 2 1/2 years, I’ve found myself listening to podcasts featuring discussion on current events, and I’ve found no others that are of the same quality as the Gitmo Nation Roundtable. Every week, a group of friends from different backgrounds and philosophies convene to discuss current news topics such as corporate abuses, government corruption, the War on Terror, and the Mainstream Media’s lack of deep coverage on the above, just to name a few. They take careful measures to ensure that the conversation never rambles of becomes boring, and the diversity of the participants adds great depth to the discussion. While other shows may accept funding in the form of advertisements or make overt pleas for donations, you won’t find any such interruptions here! In a vast sea of partisan vitriol, the Gitmo Nation Roundtable stands out as an island of reason and intelligent discourse!”

Nice NA Chaser
This is a good companion podcast to No Agenda. It features calmer, more rational discussion instead of sensational crackpotism. Good and getting better.

Better than CNN!
“This is a great complement to other news sources. A group of citizens speaking frankly about the news they find most relevant, with an emphasis in keeping watch on potential abuses of government power.”
